“Revenue estimates remain unchanged. Reduce ’26 OI estimate by 12%, primarily driven by legal settlement with $10B charge in 3Q:26. Trim ’27 / ’28 OI by 1%.
Revised ’27 / ’28 EPS estimates of $31.86 / $38.75 vs $32.07 / $38.73 prior.
Maintain Overweight rating and increase PT to $796 (prior $640) based on 25x (prior 20x) our ’27 EPS.
Raise target multiple following performance of recent Muse Spark 1.3 model and encouraging early signs of a new product cycle.”
