Baird analyst Ben Kallo reiterated an Outperform rating and $475 price target on Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA).

“No change in outlook. TSLA reported Q3 deliveries which beat our/consensus estimates and grew ~1% sequentially after a strong Q2 report.

The beat was largely 3/Y driven with all other models stepping down and missing consensus (recall TSLA ceased S/X production in Q2).

Energy deployments missed consensus, but still grew ~10% y/y and remain a bright spot on the P&L.

Recent investor focus has been on the Cybercab launch/robotaxi service scaling, and a potential merger with SPCX, the latter of which we expect will continue to dominate the narrative near term.”
