Stifel analyst Ruben Roy raised the price target on AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) to $700 (from $635) while maintaining a Buy rating.

“We expect beat-and-raise results from AMD, with longer-term Helios commentary and more detail on the recent World Labs acquisition, likely to matter more than the results and near-term outlook.

For NVDA (Oct. quarter), we expect focus to shift to Vera Rubin volume in F4Q27 and confidence in the 72%–73% FY28 gross-margin framework as memory costs rise.

Our ECOC work also suggests Spectrum-6 CPO attach is tracking above plan, adding networking upside alongside compute.

AMD offers a differentiated server CPU catalyst constrained primarily by ecosystem capacity and DRAM.

EPYC upside supports the near-term setup, while initial MI450 revenue and the 4Q margin outlook are the next tests.

We remain Hold on INTC, where a signed external foundry or packaging customer and the 2027 capex outlook matter more than a modest beat.”
