What the analyst said
KeyBanc analyst Justin Patterson reiterated an Overweight rating and $900 price target on Meta Platforms Inc.
(NASDAQ: META).
“Fall & the Muse Wonderwall; Wonder Series Demonstrates Model Progress; Meta’s 2026 product cycle continues, with the Muse Wonder family of models showing Meta can compete at the frontier.
This represents meaningful progress for a Meta Superintelligence Labs (MSL) team that was formed ~14 months ago.
In our view, this reinforces Meta has the right mix of talent, data, distribution, and compute capacity to compete in AI.
With shares outperforming the NASDAQ and S&P 500 by >25 points since the end of August, we view revenue revisions and engagement milestones as the next catalysts.
We maintain our OW rating and $900 PT (22.2x 2028 P/E).”
