What the analyst said
KeyBanc analyst Justin Patterson raised the price target on Meta Platforms Inc.
(NASDAQ: META) to $905 (from $900) while maintaining an Overweight rating.
“We maintain our OW rating and raise our PT to $905 (22.2x 2028E P/E) as we believe AI product momentum should support low-to-mid-20% revenue growth through 2028E and offset some of the capex/opex ramp.
While potential capital raises and prospects for “hundreds of billions of investments” could create some NT overhang, we believe Meta remains disciplined in tying investment to returns.
So long as revenue and product momentum persist, we see little risk in Meta’s ability to finance the AI build-out.”
