What the analyst said
Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Colin Canfield raised the price target on SpaceX (NASDAQ: SPCX) to $345 (from $246) while maintaining an Overweight rating.
“We raise our PT to $345 (from $246), materially increase our estimates, and expect SPCX to massively outperform tomorrow after management provided materially higher-than-expected revenue commentary for 2027 year-end (~$500b-$1T ARR run-rate), crystallized semiconductor supply chain timelines (2Q27 first chip, 3Q28 at-volume), and suggested a materially better-than-expected FCF trajectory (selffunding compute).
Starting with revenue, company commentary of up to $1T ARR by 2027 year-end supported by potentially ~10 GW of incremental compute deployment and pricing >$50 per watt for new compute agreements.
On semis, we think EUV timelines (2Q27) could be aspirational, but we think supply chain shortage commentary aligns with our understanding of national security timelines (2027-2029) and supports the potential for material pricing growth.
We also think severe foundry access restrictions could drive material market consolidation as SPCX controls key choke points into a potentially historic pricing environment.”
