What the analyst said

Morgan Stanley analyst Brian Nowak raised the price target on Meta Platforms Inc.

(NASDAQ: META) to $650 (from $615) while maintaining an Overweight rating.

“Raise ’25/’26 EPS by ~8%/4%, PT to $650, Remain OW: META continues to show how its leading reach, ad ROI and innovation and advertiser base are delivering results.

As such, we are modestly raising ’25/’26 ad estimates (1%/1%) despite the still-existing macro uncertainty.

Our ’26 EPS rises by 4% though FCF falls by 3% due to higher capex without a full flow-through on improving revenue trends (due to macro uncertainty).

Like GOOGL (see here), the extent to which there is material incremental macro stability (China tariff resolution) would likely be a source of upside to our estimates.”
