What the analyst said
Mizuho analyst Vijay Rakesh raised the price target on Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) to $39 (from $23) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
“We raise our INTC estimates, PT to $39 as we see the potential impact of the advanced packaging share capture optimistically at ~$1.5B/year ramping from 2026-27, with the additional NVDA CPU ramping incremental topline benefit to ~$4B/yr by 2029E, on top of INTC’s current ~$50B topline run-rate.
We note potential for continued partner investments driving improved INTC sentiment – though we believe INTC still has continued challenges with Server share loss, no AI roadmap, and 18A potentially still at foundry TSM and a GM drag.”
