Cantor Fitzgerald Raises Intel Price Target to $90
Cantor Fitzgerald analyst C.J.
Muse raised the price target on Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) to $90.00 (from $65.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
“we view P/E, P/B, and P/FCF as challenged metrics for where Intel is in its lifecycle.
What is Intel worth if the company can become a fast follower and/or slow follower to TSMC in an AI compute supply-constrained world?
The slower TSMC adds capacity, the greater the likelihood of greater value accretion to Intel.
And given our very bullish view on AI demand, this probably means the pain trade is still higher for Intel shares, as we foresee compute supply constraints for years to come.
We thus raise our price target to $90, reflecting 30x theoretical upside / a more aggressive earnings power of $3 in the coming years.”
