BofA Securities analyst Justin Post raised the price target on Meta (NASDAQ: META) to $835.00 (from $820.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

“While only an inline guide (some macro and EU headwinds included), we think results reinforce that AI-driven benefits for the core ad business remain intact and should scale with LLM model improvements.

We continue to view Meta as having a strong position with users, with the ability to scale new AI services across its large global user base, and we don’t think AI capacity is a bad investment.

At AH price of $622, Meta valued at 18x our revised 2027E EPS (vs historical avg. of 21x), and this includes an est. $11+/share in RL and Gen-AI investment spend. Reiterate Buy.”
