Freedom Broker analyst Egor Tolmachev raised the price target on NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) to $305 (from $275) while maintaining a Buy rating on August 27, 2026.

“NVIDIA’s second quarter did not so much change the investment case as change the argument.

The results beat on every line of the P&L, yet the stock moved only when management put a number on next year — the first full-year guide in the company’s history, and one framed as a supply ceiling rather than a demand estimate.

That single disclosure shifts the debate from whether the cycle persists to whether NVIDIA can physically serve it. What the market received in exchange is a less comfortable set of questions.

Management reset the forward gross margin path on memory costs, cash conversion weakened as payment terms extended, and the balance sheet now carries a scale of supply commitments, equity stakes and customer guarantees without precedent in the sector.

None of these is a growth problem; all of them are quality-of-earnings and balance sheet problems. We reiterate our Buy rating and increase the price target to $305.”
