What the analyst said
BMO Capital analyst Brian J. Pitz raised the price target on Meta Platforms Inc.
(NASDAQ: META) to $685 (from $580) while maintaining a Market Perform rating.
“3Q26 revenue was 2% above consensus, with strong EPS of $7.40 (when excluding the legal charge).
Muse’s 10M+ users and improving foundational models leave us incrementally positive on AI productization, though high serving costs constrain a global rollout.
Importantly, META anticipates a 10x increase in Muse cost efficiency over the next year, which would enable global agent scaling.
We increase 4Q26E/2027E revenue by 2.6%/2.3% as META continues to execute on its core advertising business.”
