What the analyst said

BMO Capital analyst Brian J.

Pitz reiterated a Market Perform rating and $710 price target on Meta Platforms Inc. (NASDAQ: META)

“META delivered a solid beat in 3Q25, as revenue/Adj EBITDA was ~3.5%/~4.5% above consensus.

However, rising CapEx and Opex guidance continue to be a headwind for the story, as investors question the long-term ROI of META’s ramping AI spend.

META announced plans to consolidate AI systems, following recent model consolidation that has improved ad quality and conversion rates.

Separately, META indicated that it is facing increasing legal/regulatory headwinds in the EU/US, which could significantly impact its business/financial results.

Maintain Market Perform and $710 Target Price.”
