What the analyst said
Truist Securities analyst Youssef Squali reiterated a Buy rating and $1,000 price target on Meta Platforms Inc.
(NASDAQ: META).
“3Q Results/4Q Guide Reflect AI-Driven Ad Monetization/ User Engagement; Capex remains top of mind for many investors as it remains opaque and the source of FCF wipe out for FY26 (and FY27 by our est.), but Meta has delivered more proof points that these investments have been driving faster growth for longer for its core ad biz while helping build several new revenue streams around Muse which is showing solid product market fit and should start scaling in FY27 (subscriptions, take rate on transactions, API access etc.).
Stronger than Street expected 4Q guide shows that this momentum is accelerating.
We maintain Buy & $1,000 PT on META as we expect it to continue to gain share, grow 20%+ Y/Y at mid-30%s Op. margins, all trading at a compelling valuation.”
