Truist Securities Raises Meta Price Target to $900
Truist Securities analyst Youssef Squali raised the price target on Meta (NASDAQ: META) to $900.00 (from $875.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
“We’re buyers of META on stronger 4Q results and impressive 1Q guide (+30% growth at midpoint, fastest since 3Q21) reflecting robust ad demand fueled by AI improvements across ad recommendations, monetization and user engagement.
Demand is strong across geos/ verticals/customer sizes providing a positive set up into FY26.
Against this backdrop, mgmt is leaning hard into Capex & Opex, guiding notably higher for FY26 (vs. sell-side ests. but closer to the buy-side’s) given the tangible NT benefits of higher ad conversion & greater user engagement.
Meta continues to earn the right to invest as long as it delivers faster top line growth for longer NT and higher FCFs LT.”
