Truist Securities Lowers Meta Price Target to $840
Truist Securities analyst Youssef Squali lowered the price target on Meta (NASDAQ: META) to $840.00 (from $900.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
“We remain constructive on META on the back of stronger 1Q26 results and an in line 2Q26 guide reflecting robust ad demand fueled by AI improvements across ad recommendations, monetization and user engagement.
Meta continues to grow at more than double the rate of the ad market with demand strong across geos/verticals/customer sizes, providing a positive set up for FY26.
Against this backdrop, mgmt continues to lean into Capex, raising it to $125-145B for FY26 on the tangible NT benefits of greater user engagement and higher ad conversion.
Meta continues to earn the right to invest as long as it delivers faster top line growth for longer NT and higher FCFs LT.”
